    After more than a year trial operation, Zhoukou Yongxing Company has made certain achievements and experiences in production and operation. at the same time, the leaders of the company have continuously studied and optimized some new situations and new problems found in the operation process, made great efforts to strengthen the system construction and strive to upgrade to the next level in the new year.

I. revision of the system

    Since the beginning of this year, the leaders of the company have strengthened the system construction and guided all departments to re-examine and revise the rules and regulations. On the basis of extensive consultation and suggestions, the relevant systems of personnel, administration, finance, procurement, sales, production, safety, doorman, warehouse, quality inspection and other departments will be revised and revised by the middle of March. To form a  relatively perfect, operational company system which meet actual situation

II.Strengthen learning

When revise the system, management set an example by setting a fixed time for collective learning on a weekly basis. Every Monday night, all people in charge will be in the training room, study the system of various departments, watch lectures on enterprise management, study business etiquette, Chinese knowledge and so on, and strive to improve the quality of managers and create a good corporate culture

    In order to improve the business ability and professional quality of managers and core of various departments, the company signed a training and learning agreement with the famous heavy industry professional training institutions, Jianfeng Group Henan Branch , each month company choose the suitable managers and core people to to participate in the training. At the same time, it is required that return to the factory after the participants, they should compare the knowledge they have learned with the regional work of their departments, write out their experiences and convey the new and good ideas,practices they have learned to the employees.

III. Full staff training

    After the revision of the system, personnel, administrative and security departments have been organize training divided into batches.other departments have also organized the relevant personnel to carry out the training of various systems. According to incomplete statistics,  all  departments have organized more than 30 times of training since March with more than 1200 people participants. All staff study system and work as per systems.
