Thailand Yongxing Company Weekly Special Inspection Showed Initial Results

    In order to improve the scientific, standardized and institutionalized management level of the company, and ensure that all employees strictly follow the company's procedures and regulations to carry out their work, Thailand Yongxing Company officially established an on-site inspection team on March 8, 2021. It consists of the core members of management Wang Yang, who is the deputy managing director of the General Management Office and the director Qian Fengshu of the Safety Department, and with other department managers as the main members. They will organize many aspects of inspection such as regional environmental health, goods classification placement, site safety liability, security protection, energy control, staff work discipline and so on.The aim is to effectively improve the management level of the company, so that the company's environment is cleaner, the process is more smooth, and the work efficiency can be effectively improved.

    During each inspection, the staff of each department should record the problems found during the inspection in time and report to the General Management Office. Subsequently, according to the inspection records collated and summarized by the General Management Office, all departments shall confirm the rectification date and responsible person of each inspection problem in its related department , and actively implement the rectification contents according to the requirements. As of April 27, the on-site inspection team has conducted 7 inspections in total, and 206 problems have been found. With the effective cooperation and rectification of all departments, 196 problems have been solved, and the completion rate is as high as 95.15%.

    The on-site inspection can easily and quickly find the problems existing in the daily production and operation of the site, and each department makes corresponding and reasonable solutions according to the inspection situation. Through the continuous cycle of discovery, rectification and optimization, the management process and 5S management work of Thailand Yongxing Company are also constantly strengthened and optimized. Among them, the discovery and effective prevention of all kinds of hidden safety problems will also bring strong security to the employees of the company.
