Love for employee, Cool for summer

 Editor's note：during this hot summer, in order to thank for all the diligent workers, to let them feel the cool and refreshing in such hot weather, the Xing Long Company in Zhengzhou delivered “cool”care to the workers by providing watermelons, ice creams and making herbal tea every day to beat the heat.

 When the summer came, Xinzheng’s weather is very hot, whose highest temperature reached over  37 ℃, and our production line workers worked harder and still insisted on the working position. There was no air conditioner in the workshop. With the machines running, although everyone's clothes had been soaked in sweat, they were still careful to complete each production and finish the processing of the end board according to the process requirements.

 How to effectively prevent the heat for the first-line employees has always been a topic and concern most of leaders in Zhengzhou LongXing Company. This year, based on the leadership of superior leaders, the administrative department, bought watermelon full of a car, in addition to daily supply herbal tea, sorbet and within lunch time, sent to each worker in workshop. Holding a big watermelon, the worker’s like in a feast, with a big smile on face, they said: "in the hot summer, our company send us sweet crisp delicious watermelon, which means the company leadership is always thinking of us."

 Although it’s just common watermelon, cold tea, ice cream, it is leader’s great concern to employees that deeply reflects the company's "people-oriented" culture. In the future, with the continuous gathering and sublimation of corporate culture, Zhengzhou LongXing Company will go further and develop better.
