Since 2017, the sales department of Benxi yongxing Co., Ltd. has gone through an extraordinary year under the leadership of Lin qianyao, the deputy general manager, and xie jianyu, the sales manager.

  this year, due to the overcapacity of the cement industry in the three northeastern provinces the impact of Cement Association on the control of clinker production, the limitation of cement sales and other factors, the building materials industry’s macro environment was weak, once in a downward trend, resulting in a fierce competition on the mineral powder market and constantly going-on price wars.

In such a harsh market conditions, a new management philosophy is required to maintain good performance, which derived from management’s judgement and deployment. Just at the beginning of this year, the management of Benxi Yongxing Company represented new sales ideas and strategic plans after discussing with various parties after multi discussion on the basis of market research.

Today, the sales of Benxi Yongxing Company has achieved gratifying results through the joint efforts of all colleagues for nearly a year. For example, the sales volume hit a high record in the off-season at the beginning of this year; in October, the large-scale projects in the northeast region were already in the final stage, but a busy delivery come-and-go phenomenon was still presented outside our factory; after entering November, Benxi Yongxing Company had a well completion of the Group’s annual operating targets.
