​Under pressure, Benxi Yongxing is expected to achieve April’s production and sal

Reviewing the operation of Yongxing in March 2013, due to the northern climate, march is still a season of slack sale, so production and marketing situation is bad and fail to finish the month production plan. All the work are leaded by marketing center: production department adjust production according to the sale, the personnel administration department allots relevant person to work promptly on the basis of production needs, other departments take their jobs according to the real situation. 
In April, the production key is the product quality control and the single product consumption control. Throughout the production work in April, the production department carried on the strict rewards and punishment regulations to many sections including the main motor current of the central member, mill vibration range, specific surface area of product, and the in-operation  frequency and time of furnace. So full month central operating record data is stable. Because the  fault number of furnace is much less than last month, on the third week the single production unit consumption is significantly lower than the first half month of April.
    April’s sales work also received the gracious assistance from group leader. Leaded by deputy managing director and sales manager, all the marketing staff spared no efforts to develop new customers on the basis of focusing on maintaining big accounts. As far to April 26, the sale has achieved 78165 tons, with average daily sales of 3000-4000 tons which is a big success. According to this trend, Benxi Yongxing is expected to reach the sale plan of 90000 tons of ore powder in April.
    Although the cement market is recovery, the industry competition is also intense. Benxi Yongxing has moved the key sale work to the maintenance of existing customers. It will deepen the sales work and detail work content, further consolidate the market share on hand and make the share reach their maximum potential.
