Pay Attention to Study, Promote Skill and Development Benxi Yongxing Department Annual Plan Experienced Three Times of Amending

In early December of 2012, Chen Zhengyu, the deputy president of   Zhongxing group and the general manager of Benxi Yongxing Company,   required the head of each department to draft the work plan for 2013.   He shared with each department the model annual work plan of the   excellent department in other companies. On December 15, each   department first time submitted their 2013 annual work plan. General   manager Mr. Chen looked over their plan one by one and found their   plans were not comprehensive and careful due to lack of plan drafting   experience. Their plan did not grasp the key point.On the company’s   weekly meeting, general manager Mr. Chen again showed other company’s   excellent model work plan and deeply explained the key role of the   purchasing department, the marketing department, and the production   department. He helped the head of each department to understand that   the important part of compiling of the annual work plan is to deeply   elaborate the work plan, procedure management, etc around the company  ’s core spirit, organization structure, and department key work.

On December 18, 2012, each department second time submitted their 2013   annual work plan. General manager Mr. Chen viewed their plans one by   one and noted the part which needs to be amended.

On December 19, 2012, the company again convened the annual work plan   amending meeting. On the meeting, Mr. Chen stated the part that each   department needs to further improve.

On December 21, 2012, through three times of amending, with the guide   of general manager Mr. Chen, Benxi Yongxing each department’s 2013   annual work plan has taken shape.

During the annual work plan amending period, Mr. Chen took the lead to   implement “pay attention to study, promote skill and development”,   which is one of the three key spirits advocated by the company in   2013. This measure not only helped the company achieve a better result   in work plan drafting but also helped the middle-level leaders of the   company learn the work skill and improved the work efficiency and   quality.

In the future, the managers of Benxi Yongxing comoany will focus on   the three key spirits, namely “establish system, set up process, pay   attention to work implementation and result and efficiency.”, “pay   attention to study, promote skill and development”, “achieve   consensus and get joint promotion” to promote its team’s cohesive   force so as to achieve the company’s 2013 overall running aim。
