Walking Together, Growing Together Yongxing Nigeria Holds Family Open Day and Team-Building Event for Local Management

On January 31, 2026, Yongxing Nigeria successfully held a team-building activity for its Nigerian core management team along with a Family Open Day event. Families of key Nigerian employees from various departments were invited to visit the company and spend a warm and meaningful time together with both Chinese and Nigerian management teams.

Centered on the theme of “Understanding, Support, and Growth,” the event featured activities including family introductions, leadership speeches, employee sharing sessions, and factory tours. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, the event fostered a strong sense of connection between the “team” and the “family.”

At the beginning of the event, the company warmly welcomed the families and explained the purpose and significance of organizing the Family Open Day. Ms. Zhang Yanyan, Executive Deputy General Manager of Yongxing Nigeria, delivered a speech recognizing the dedication and contributions of the Nigerian management team while expressing sincere gratitude to the families for their continued support.

The company then played the English version of its corporate promotional video, presenting the company’s development history, business layout, and future vision, helping family members gain a deeper understanding of Yongxing Nigeria.

During the sharing session, Nigerian management representatives reflected on their personal growth and transformation since joining the company, using photos and stories to illustrate their experiences. Chinese department managers also invited family members on stage to present New Year red envelopes and holiday gift packages as tokens of appreciation.

Several family members shared their feelings and expressed recognition of the company’s care for its employees, creating a heartfelt and touching atmosphere.

During the following buffet and interactive networking session, employees and their families continued conversations in a relaxed environment, further strengthening their relationships.

At the end of the event, family members toured the factory and the Nigerian staff cafeteria under the guidance of company representatives, gaining first-hand insight into the employees’ daily working environment. They also took commemorative photos at the office building and factory area.
