On November 1, 2025, Nigeria Yongxing Company was filled with a vibrant atmosphere as it successfully hosted its Q3 team-building activity and the Strip Extension Workshop “3S & Yield Rate” Awards Ceremony.More than 280 Nigerian team leaders and outstanding employees participated. The event opened with traditional Nigerian dances, instantly energizing the audience. A highlight was the “3S Treasure Hunt” game, simulating material management scenarios. Before organization and sorting, average search time was about 3 minutes and 46 seconds; after applying 3S methods, it was reduced to just over one minute, clearly demonstrating efficiency improvement.This interactive activity vividly showcased the importance of 3S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine) management, enhancing material organization, quality assurance, and workplace safety while creating a cleaner, more comfortable environment.

Recognizing Excellence: Sharing Achievements and Setting Examples

During the awards ceremony, the Strip Extension Workshop, as a pilot lean unit, was recognized for improved yield rates through continuous improvement and full participation. The company awarded the top three 3S teams and production lines meeting yield targets, encouraging a positive culture of learning and progress.
