Editor’s Note: On November 22^nd, 2025, Thailand Yongxing Company successfully concluded its first batch of management team-building activities for 2025 in Vietnam.The six-day journey, connecting culture and scenery, strengthened team cohesion through shared experiences and deepened employees’ sense of belonging, injecting new vitality into the company’s future development.

From November 17 to 22, 2025, Thailand Yongxing organized its first management team of the year to Vietnam for a team-building program. The itinerary covered Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, and Mui Ne, where participants explored history and natural beauty together, vividly interpreting the theme of “Unity, Companionship, and Shared Dreams.”

The journey began in Ho Chi Minh City, a place rich in French romance and historical depth. The team visited the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh Museum, tracing Vietnam’s modern history amid historic architecture and valuable exhibits. Through shared discussions and walks, team bonds were quietly strengthened.

The next stop was the coastal city of Nha Trang. Although weather conditions prevented the planned Four-Island Tour, the team quickly adapted, enjoying the majestic Five Fingers Rock, the solemn Nha Trang Cathedral, and the tranquil Po Nagar Cham Towers. Carefully arranged afternoon tea and relaxing essential oil spa sessions helped participants unwind and rejuvenate both body and mind.

The final destination was Mui Ne, famed for its unique “half sand, half sea” landscape. Traveling along winding coastal roads, the team experienced the striking contrast of red and white sand dunes. A thrilling jeep ride across the desert showcased teamwork, courage, and mutual encouragement, vividly reflecting the spirit of unity and perseverance.

Breaking away from traditional team-building formats, this Vietnam trip emphasized immersive experiences that allowed members to relax, connect, and grow together. It was not only a journey of physical and mental renewal, but also a powerful exercise in strengthening collective cohesion.
